What program do you use to install your steam games in a different hard drive? Does this program allow for your steam games to be in completely different hard drives (eg. 1 game on 1 hard drive, another game on another)?

I can't remember what it's called but I'm sure it's easy enough to find online, I can install games on any HDD I want
