I didn't use any software, I did it from the bios, I have it OC'd to 3.9 ghz

I haven't beat it yet, it's a great game but I wouldn't say best ever

I've seen you did a video using SMOD, wasn't it unable to be played due to it not being updated? I originally download mods from Moddb but at least that version doesn't work, where did you download it?

It was called Smod REdux 8 I think, made to work after the update, check moddb again that's where I got it

I played fallout 3 on the 360 originally and enjoyed it tons, so I had a great time without mods.

I don't know how good the 650 TI is so i'm not sure, check benchmarks online
